7U & 8U Fall 2025-26 Fall Team
Thank you for your interest in joining the Michigan Jr. Wolverines for the upcoming 2025-26 fall season! This form is designed to help us connect with families who are looking to be part of a high-character, development-driven program. We are currently gathering information to better understand the interest level by birth year, position, and skill level as we prepare for tryouts and final team placement.
Our fall season will focus on individual skill development, team systems, and a commitment to building a strong culture on and off the ice. We are looking for families who align with our vision of respect, work ethic, and player advancement.
