Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Sept. 27th/28th Clinic

At the Michigan Jr. Wolverines, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and considerate. Refunds for training sessions and programs are available up to two weeks before the start date, minus a small administrative fee. After this period, refunds will be issued only in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extraordinary circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation and initiate the refund process. Our goal is to ensure a positive experience for all our players and their families.

Nov. 8th/9th Clinic

The Michigan Jr. Wolverines have a strict refund policy in place to ensure fairness and clarity. Refunds for registration fees will only be considered in cases of serious injury or illness that prevents participation for the remainder of the season, and a medical note may be required. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that administrative fees and non-refundable deposits are not eligible for refund. All decisions regarding refunds are final.

8U Tournament Team-Citrus Cup

At the Michigan Jr. Wolverines, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair. Registration fees are non-refundable except for documented medical reasons. For training sessions and camps, refunds can be requested at least 14 days prior to the start date, minus a 10% processing fee. For tournaments and travel teams, refunds are available with a 30-day advance notice, minus a 15% processing fee. Refunds for events canceled by us will be issued in full. Refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method
