Key Features of Our Supplemental Program:

Advanced Skill Training: Intensive sessions that focus on specific skill sets such as skating, stickhandling, shooting, and passing to elevate each player's game.

Position-Specific Training: Tailored drills and exercises for forwards, defensemen, and goalies to refine their positional play and strategies.

Off-Ice Conditioning: Strength and conditioning workouts aimed at improving overall athleticism, endurance, and injury prevention.

Mental Skills Development: Training that emphasizes mental toughness, focus, and game-day preparation to build confidence and resilience.

Video Analysis: Detailed breakdowns of game footage to identify areas for improvement and reinforce positive play.
