After retiring as a player, he dedicated himself to coaching and development, earning certifications in both Europe and North America. With years of coaching experience at various levels, including youth, junior, and professional leagues, Coach Mach is passionate about passing down his knowledge and expertise, focusing on player development with a proven, progressive approach.
